Asthma remedys

When my asthma went away I was 16 and this is when I just started to
clean my diet up. I eliminated processed foods and went on a all grain free diet
(bread,pasta cereal,crakers)
Along with cleaning my diet up I  took vitamin c and lysine which was enough for me to see the asthma go away. It is very important to eliminated all process foods with any health condition and if you
want to maintain in good health , since a lot health problems are related to a unhealthy diet and lifestyle. My asthma did come back from living in a moldy house is when i used some health
remedies like Vitamin C
4,000 and 1/4 baking soda twice a day
Grape fruit, ginger and onion extract 1 tablespoon several times a day.
3 cups of black coffee on the first cup use one or two drop of peppermint oil.
Enzymes before meals

SIMPLE MIX
They all worked but the best mix that I used is 1 tablespoon of raw honey 1/2 cap of brandy and 2 drops of peppermint oil mix well and drink .

OR EVEN BETTER MIX
essential oil of thyme/peppermnt/hyssop 2 drops of each
and
1-2 drops of colloidal silver 500 ppm or 1100 ppm 1-2 drops--and honey 3 oz and 2 oz
of brandy ---mix to liquify-------then use 1/8 tsp of this as needed.

Other things that Healthful for asthma are things like garlic extract, Irish moss Lysine, Msm and
hyssop ext.

The Food ingredients i listed below can cause asthma and a host of other health problems. These are some ingredients in our food that we should watch out for If we are serious about healing the body.

1. GRAIN (grain granola,cereal,pasta's,bread,crackers,noodles)
2. ANY SOY PRODUCTS
3. CORN,
4. VEGETABLE OIL
5. CANOLA OIL
6. HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP
7. MSG (Monosodium glutamate)
8. ASPARTAM (Equal)
9. SUCALOSE (Splenda)
10. Margarine
11. Artificial sweeteners and natural flavors
12. GMO
13. Cotton seed
14. Refined sugar

I don't worry about eating
saturated fats. Studies show People who have higher cholesterol are usually healthier. http://augmentinforce.50webs.com/CHOLESTEROL.htm#CHOLESTEROL
One of the problems is when cholesterol is oxidize and taking
antioxidants help prevent this. I don't eat to many vegetable oils and i try to stay away from high glycemic foods. The
fats you have to worry about are vegetable fats(canola, soy)  that oxidized and cause Havoc on the Arteries  and can cause heart problems, cancer, diabetes and many other health
conditions.

EXAMPLE FOOD I EAT:

Local farm raise chicken
beef
lamb and buffalo burger
Venison or wild game
Potatoes with butter
Squashes
Zucchini
Yucca
Beets
Eggs for breakfast 3 a day
Fruits of all kinds Papaya, pineapple, mango Cantaloupe ext.
No bananas , grapes and watermelon they have to high in glycemic.

You can eat a lot of Home made Stock (bone broth soups)
Homemade juices are good. The  store bought juice are garbage they are just sugar and are dead  because they are pasteurized.
Homemade coconut bread.
Carrot salads
homemade Apple sauce.
Probiotics - fermented different vegetables like beets , onions are great and
not too much sour kraut.
Berries
Salads.
Optional fish once a week because of mercury
Coconut milk with no gums
Herbal teas
Really Raw honey
Real chocolate
Eating sea salt is healthy
Polyunsaturated fats are linked to asthma so you can eat very little amount nuts
you can eat like macadamia nuts
Safe cooking oils- coconut oil, olive oil and butter ect.

Safe dairy:
Raw milk
Whole fat Yogurt
Sour cream the Daisy brand is good
Cottage cheese
Real cream

There are list of foods high in mold like grains and
I eat dairy but not to much cheese because they have mold which can
trigger a asthma attack depending on your state your in you might want to eliminate all kinds of milk until you feel better. Maybe eliminate milk 2 weeks and see if any benefits and
if you feels any better off the milk because of the mucus. No drinking pasteurized
milk because its denatured and destroyed of its enzymes and probiotics. Yogurt is good
because only if its whole fat non homogenize. It still has probiotics which help the
gut which helps the lungs.

No lunch meats they contain sulfites which can trigger a asthma attack
No peas or legumes beans they cause digestion problems only use once in a while.
No beer
No microwaves http://augmentinforce.50webs.com/Dangers%20Of%20Microwaves.htm#Dangers Of Microwaves

No fluoride tooth paste http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/10/11/dr-bill-osmunson-on-fluoride.aspx

No tap water because it is said to have 70,000 contaminants
Drink only distilled water or reverse osmosis water (purified water)
No chemical house cleaners they are very much linked asthma. Hydrogen Peroxide is a great multi purpose alternative cleaner.

I have talked to a herbalist for many hours and learned a wealth of health knowledge from him his name is Tony pantalleresco and he can help with many health problem. He answers short questions for free over email and for a consultation he charges $30.   If you want  you can contact him at independz@yahoo.com If you ever need help with health I will try my best help as well. Here is some of the videos with Tony on how to make the remedies i wrote to you in the last message i sent.

mycotoxin (mold) linked to asthma
http://www.knowthecause.com/index.php/contributor-blog/38-luke-curtis-md-ms-cih/377-exposure-to-mycotoxins-can-increase-risk-of-allergic-reactions-and-asthma

Mycotoxins. Toxins from mold or fungi are called mycotoxins. Modern farming practices, adverse weather conditions, and improper drying and storage of crops can contribute to mold growth.

YOU CAN MAKE HOMAEMADE APPLE SAUCE IT WOULD HELP DETOX COLON , KEEP YOU REGULAR AND HELP ASTHMA.
9) Apple. Similarly high in quercetin; apples have been shown to provide powerful protection against asthma. A study out of Europe found that pregnant women who ate at least four apples per week were 53 percent less likely to bear a child with doctor-confirmed asthma. ................... also found that children who drink apple juice are about 50 percent less likely to develop asthma symptoms.

It turns out that exercise induces the signs and symptoms of asthma, not only in “asthmatics,” but in normal people too.

Anaerobic exercise (getting out of breath) increases the release of, or activity of, a large variety of inflammatory mediators, beginning with lactic acid and interleukin-6 releases from the exercised muscle itself, and including factors released from various cells in the blood, and hormones including estrogen, prolactin, and sometimes TSH.”

“Exercise increases the incidence of asthma.”

“The polyunsaturated oils interact closely with serotonin and tryptophan, and the short and medium chain saturated fatty acids have antihistamine and antiserotonin actions. Serotonin liberates free fatty acids from the tissues, especially the polyunsaturated fats, and these in turn liberate serotonin from cells such as the platelets, and liberate tryptophan from serum albumin, increasing its uptake and the formation of serotonin in the brain. Saturated fats don’t liberate serotonin, and some of them, such as capric acid found in coconut oil, relax blood vessels, while linoleic acid constricts blood vessels and promotes hypertension. Stress, exercise, and darkness, increase the release of free fatty acids, and so promote the liberation of tryptophan and formation of serotonin. Increased serum linoleic acid is specifically associated with serotonin-dependent disorders such as migraine.”

6) Ginger. Loaded with anti-inflammatory nutrients that pervade the entire body; ginger root is another powerful anti-asthma herb that some people say works better than antihistamine drugs like Benadryl at clearing up airways and stopping inflammation. And the best part about ginger root is that it does not cause harmful side effects, which means you can safely add it to everyday foods and beverages for good health.

7) Turmeric. The inflammation responsible for swelling the lungs and constricting breathing passages during an asthma attack is no match for turmeric, the active ingredient of which is proving to be one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory nutrients in existence. Because it helps dilate blood vessels and relax muscles, turmeric is a powerful weapon in keeping asthma symptoms at bay.

The sulfites (sodium bisulfite, potassium metabisulfite, etc.) have been used as preservatives in foods and drugs for a long time, even though they were known to cause intense allergic reactions in some people. Fresh vegetables and fish, dried fruits, ham and other preserved meats, hominy, pickles, canned vegetables and juices, and wines were commonly treated with large amounts of the sulfites to prevent darkening and the development of unpleasant odors. People with asthma were known to be more sensitive than other people, but the sulfites could cause a fatal asthma-like attack even in someone who had never had asthma. Even when this was known, drugs used to treat asthma were preserved with sulfites. Was the information just slow to reach the people who made the products? No, the manufacturers knew about the deadly nature of their products, but they kept on selling them. The FDA didn't answer letters on the subject, and medical magazines such as J.A.M.A. declined to publish even brief letters seriously discussing the issue. Obviously, since many people died from what the drug companies called "paradoxical bronchoconstriction" when they used the products, the drug companies had to be protected from lawsuits, and the medical magazines and the government regulators did that through the control of information.

Asthma explained - A model for understanding inflammation

Tuesday, March 20, 2012 by: Andrew Kim

Rational targets in the treatment of asthma
Reducing the inflammation is paramount and the arachidonic acid-derived prostaglandins and leukotrienes are rational targets. Aspirin prevents the production of the pro-inflammatory prostaglandins and nitric oxide, decreasing vasodilation and inappropriate spasms in the airways. Avoiding polyunsaturated fatty acids and replacing them with saturated fatty acids will curtail leukotriene synthesis, histamine release and vascular leakiness.

Stimulants have an important place in the treatment of asthma. The stimulants found in coffee and tea have a relaxant effect on the bronchial smooth muscles and can help to dilate the constricted airways. PDE-4 is an enzyme that is implicated in inflammatory cells and the methylxanthines (caffeine in coffee and theophylline in tea) inhibit this enzyme and is therefore anti-inflammatory. Methylxanthines also stimulate the respiratory centers in the brain (this may be beneficial in asthmatics that exhibit reduced respiration and a tendency to retain carbon dioxide), is protective against allergic reactions and dampens oxidative damage.

Vitamin E is a "structural anti-oxidant" that prevents oxidation and stabilizes membrane structures. Vitamin D regulates T-cells and antigen-presenting cells that are implicated in the early phase of asthma.

Those who used cleaning sprays at least once per week were 50 percent more likely to have increased asthma symptoms, wheeze, or asthma medication use in nine years than those who used such products less frequently. Those who used sprays at least four times per week were significantly more likely to have been diagnosed with asthma by a physician than those who used them less frequently. The strongest association was found with air fresheners, glass cleaners and furniture-cleaning sprays.

Asthma
100 to 200 mg daily
Vitamin B6 deficiency is common in asthmatics.44 This deficiency may relate to the asthma itself or to certain asthma drugs (such as theophylline and aminophylline) that deplete vitamin B6.45 In a double-blind trial, 200 mg per day of vitamin B6 for two months reduced the severity of asthma in children and reduced the amount of asthma medication they needed.46 In another trial, asthmatic adults experienced a dramatic decrease in the frequency and severity of asthma attacks while taking 50 mg of vitamin B6 twice a day.47 Nonetheless, the research remains somewhat inconsistent, and one double-blind trial found that high amounts of B6 supplements did not help asthmatics who required the use of steroid drugs.48
