Let us learn about the hidden dangers of cleaning products
The American Association of Poison Control Centers (AAPCC) has recorded many instances of health problems which were caused by the household cleaning materials and the problems were serious enough to require treatment by doctor. According to the AAPCC the highest number of cases of poisoning in 1993 was caused due to cleaning products such as drain cleaners, toilet bowl cleaners, bleach, soaps and detergents.

In Canada, around one million cases of poisoning are due to household leaning material consumption, every year. Some of these cases have been fatal. Every year, thousands of children and adults are being permanently disfigured or injured as a result of contact with chemicals in the household products.

Our pet animals are also at the risk of consuming this chemical. Animals that don’t get clean water for drinking are more likely to drink water from puddles, gutters, toilet bowls, or any old container left sitting around with a liquid in it. Although I provide fresh and clean water to my cats but they seem to be more interested in the toilet, the sink, the bathtub, or even a basin with cleaning solution in it.

Listed below is the alphabetical list of some of the most hazardous cleansers found around the house:

AIR FRESHENERS: You try out to interfere with your smelling ability by releasing nerve-deadening agents or by coating your nasal passages with an oil film, usually methoxychlor, and a pesticide that accumulates in fat cells. Some of the common toxic chemicals found in an air freshener are formaldehyde, a highly toxic, known carcinogen, and phenol. In case the skin comes in contact with the phenol, it may result in swelling, burns, peeling of skin, and break out in hives.

It may cause pulmonary edema or vomiting and coma if ingested. You should never, try to mix bleach with acid toilet bowl cleaners or ammonia. These mixtures can produce fumes which can be considered DEADLY.

CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY SHAMPOO: Most of shampoos of this type are designed to remove the stain itself; they can completely remove the stain but not without using highly toxic substances. Some of these shampoos include perchlorethylene, a known carcinogen which can damage liver, kidney and nervous system; and ammonium hydroxide, a corrosive, which is very irritating to eyes, skin and respiratory passages.

CHLORINE: Chlorine was the first agent of chemical warfare. This was used during world war-II and this war ended with an abundance of this cheap chemical. On the name of great benefits it was mixed with our water supply and many other products. The main cause of breast cancer is the chlorine and it can prove very lethal. At all costs scientists won’t handle chlorine without protective gloves, facemasks, and ventilation. But still this can be found in most of the cleaning agents, including dishwasher detergents. The deadly effects of chlorine get enhanced when the fumes are being heated, as is the case in a shower. Chlorine can be found in our drinking water, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, and more.

DISHWASHER DETERGENTS: Many of the products have dry chlorine and that to with a very high percentage. The number one cause of household poisoning is dish detergent. Most of the dishwashing liquids label has the warning written on them as” harmful if swallowed.” The residue of dishwashing agent keeps on piling up on the dishes with each wash. Your food also gets their share of these residue particles, especially if your meal is hot when you eat it.

FURNITURE POLISH: Most of the furniture polishes contain petroleum distillates, which are highly flammable. These polishes can cause damage skin and lung cancer. These polishes also contain nitrobenzene, which is extremely toxic and can be easily absorbed through the skin.

LAUNDRY ROOM PRODUCTS: Phosphorus, enzymes, ammonia, naphthalene, phenol, sodium nitilotriacetate and countless other chemicals are the main contents of the laundry cleaning materials. These materials are very harmful and may cause rashes, itches, allergies, sinus problems and more. These detergents leave their residue your clothes, bed sheets, etc. and can be absorbed by your skin.

OVEN CLEANER: Oven cleaner is one of the most toxic agents used in household. These cleaners contain lye and ammonia, which can eat out the skin and the fumes, can damage the respiratory system. Every cleaning leaves some residue on the oven which gets intensified the next time you turn your oven on. You can use sea salt and baking soda instead of cleaning agent.

TOILET BOWL CLEANERS: Generally toilet bowl cleaners contain hydrochloric acid and hypochlorite bleach. Hydrochloric acid is highly corrosive and can irritation to skin and eyes and may damage kidneys and liver. Hypochlorite bleach is also very corrosive and can burn eyes, skin and respiratory tract. This type of cleaning agents may also cause pulmonary edema, vomiting or coma if ingested. If the se cleaners come in contact with other type of cleaners may produce chlorine which is very fatal.

Think once again if you assume that whatever is sold to is very safe and can not be harmful. Some 80,000 synthetic chemicals have been invented since the world war-II. Most of these are obtained from petroleum and coal tar for the purposes of chemical warfare. The sad part of the story is that most of these chemicals have never been tested for safety, but have been added to our food, water and cleaning products without even asking us and often without any warnings of danger. Nowadays there is lot of intentional pressure on this industry which invents about 1000 new products every year.

More than 80% of the chemicals which are used in everyday-use product provide no toxic information, as per the National Research Council. On the test front, less than 20% have been tested for acute effects and less than 10% have been tested for chronic, reproductive or mutagenic effects. Most of the chemicals have not been tested for combined or accumulated effects, or for their effects on unborn children.

What sort of steps you can take to protect your loved ones from chemical injury and poisoning, in this scenario.

The very first thing you can do is to get enough education and information on the products and look for the more safe options.

The second thing you can do is to cut down on the use of harsh chemicals. Immediately clean spills and stains, throw away the food waste promptly, keep home moisture/humidity down to 30-50%, and use entry way mats at all entrances.

The third thing you can do is to store all cleaning agents in their original containers out of the reach of children. Strictly follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use and also adhere to the quantity recommended. Read labels, follow safety precautions and contact the manufacturer if you have questions.

If you go by the definition of the cleaning which means that we clean our homes to reduce damage or harm to human and pet health, and to protect our valued possessions. So, be careful and do not make the solutions worse than the problem itself.

My process of getting better


Through my journey to getting well from cancer, chemotherapy  and many other health problems the first thing I learned is how bad the currant state of our foods are for our health. Understanding the degenerating effects they have on our body is crucial to staying free from disease. Just by eliminating them I was able to see great improvement in my overall health. These processed food ingredients I listed  I believe are some of the main culprits of health problems we face today. The process foods I listed have been shown to be linked to things like cancer, diabetes, hormonal imbalance, heart disease, auto disease's, vitamin, mineral deficiency's and much much more!  We must also not forget there are many other chemicals (nano particles and glyphosates) in our environment that are also linked to disease.

These food ingredient all have one thing in common they all damage the gut. Modern science is just starting to realized what Hippocrates was right when he said " all disease begins the gut"  80 percent of your immune system resides in the gut and your brain health directly retaliated  to your gut  "the vagus nerve is the primary route your gut bacteria use to transmit information to your brain."(Mercola). "90 percent of its fibers carry information from the gut to the brain............In other words, the brain interprets gut signals as emotions". The gut harbors over a 100,000 million thousand neurons(brain cells).  About 20 percent of T4 is converted to T3 in the GI tract. So gut issues inhibit your thyroid. Just by knowing how much our body relies on it you can Image the Implications of a compromised  gut can cause.

Process foods cause gut issues such as constipation, dysbiosis, bloatines, irritable bowel syndrome, gastritis, leaky gut syndrome, candidia, malabsorption, ext..  Once you eliminate the process foods and your toxin load is when you begin on your path to healing because you've eliminate a main contributing factor to being in bad health.  You then can bring in the things that repair the damage that has been done (which I talk about in a other article)  starting first with repairing the gut damage. Gut issues are related to somethings  things like weight gain, autism, diabetes and auto immune  problems. Since we deal with toxins daily it's impossible to avoid we have to take protective elmements for the  body to Sustian itself and not be broken down. For a example vitamin c and sulfur is well documented to detox​ chemicals out the body. Iodine and pectin are also known for there radiation detoxing effects. Our detoxification organs have been compromised  and need support. For many disease it is a result of a slow process that go's unotice of accumulating poisons in our body's over the years.  They blame there parants genes which take out the responsibility of finding a solution. When your diet lifestyle choice can promote expression of inherital genes. To fix the problem you must first know the cause. This is one reasons many never make the connection to their health problems but they rather blame it on genetics.

Our body gives off symtoms all the time when were doing something  wrong like heart burns, headaches, stomachs problems, asthma and allergies. These symptoms​ are seen today as something regular and somewhat normal. They just give a pill to mask the problem when they easily can be stop just by stoping the source, the root cause of the problem.  When I improved my diet and lifestyle I saw a lot these symptoms either completely leave me or greatly improved. 

You will start to realize that theses Food ingredients are almost in everything we eat today. We must listen to body's and be fined tuned what our body telling weather good or bad.

Eating foods in there natural state are what we are designed to eat. Not foods that GMO and lace with chemicals. Asthma remedys

When my asthma went away I was 16 and this is when I just started to
clean my diet up. I eliminated processed foods and went on a all grain free diet
(bread,pasta cereal,crakers)
Along with cleaning my diet up I  took vitamin c and lysine which was enough for me to see the asthma go away. It is very important to eliminated all process foods with any health condition and if you
want to maintain in good health , since a lot health problems are related to a unhealthy diet and lifestyle. My asthma did come back from living in a moldy house is when i used some health
remedies like Vitamin C
4,000 and 1/4 baking soda twice a day
Grape fruit, ginger and onion extract 1 tablespoon several times a day.
3 cups of black coffee on the first cup use one or two drop of peppermint oil.
Enzymes before meals

SIMPLE MIX
They all worked but the best mix that I used is 1 tablespoon of raw honey 1/2 cap of brandy and 2 drops of peppermint oil mix well and drink .

OR EVEN BETTER MIX
essential oil of thyme/peppermnt/hyssop 2 drops of each
and
1-2 drops of colloidal silver 500 ppm or 1100 ppm 1-2 drops--and honey 3 oz and 2 oz
of brandy ---mix to liquify-------then use 1/8 tsp of this as needed.

Other things that Healthful for asthma are things like garlic extract, Irish moss Lysine, Msm and
hyssop ext.

The Food ingredients i listed below can cause asthma and a host of other health problems. These are some ingredients in our food that we should watch out for If we are serious about healing the body.

One of the problems is when cholesterol is oxidize and taking
antioxidants help prevent this. I don't eat to many vegetable oils and i try to stay away from high glycemic foods. The

Homemade juices are good. The  store bought juice are garbage they are just sugar and are dead  because they are pasteurized.
Homemade coconut bread.
Carrot salads
homemade Apple sauce.
Probiotics - fermented different vegetables like beets , onions are great and
not too much sour kraut.
Berries
Salads.
Optional fish once a week because of mercury
Coconut milk with no gums
Herbal teas

I eat dairy but not to much cheese because they have mold which can
trigger a asthma attack depending on your state your in you might want to eliminate all kinds of milk until you feel better. Maybe eliminate milk 2 weeks and see if any benefits and
if you feels any better off the milk because of the mucus. No drinking pasteurized
milk because its denatured and destroyed of its enzymes and probiotics. Yogurt is good
because only if its whole fat non homogenize. It still has probiotics which help the
gut which helps the lungs.

1.- Nociceptors (a group of Sensory Receptors located throughout the body) convert mechanical, thermal or chemical stimulations that injure or threaten the body's tissues into Nerve Impulses that generate the sensation of Pain and transmit these Nerve Impulses via the Peripheral Nervous System to Presynaptic Terminals on the Dorsal Horn of the Spinal Cord.

Now Dr. Michal Katz-Leurer of Tel Aviv University's Stanley Steyer School of Health Professions at the Sackler Faculty of Medicine says that a simple aerobic walking program is as effective in alleviating lower back pain as muscle strengthening programsthat require specialized equipment in rehabilitation clinicsThe program includes walking two to three times a week for a period of 20 to 40 minutes.--Dr. Katz-Leurer and her colleague Ilana Shnayderman, a graduate student at the Department of Physical Therapy and a practicing physiotherapist at Maccabi Health Care, say that their treatment option fits easily into a daily routine and allows those with back pain to be more responsible for their own health.--Their study was published in the journal Clinical Rehabilitation.

A simple solution--- According to Dr. Katz-Leurer, research has shown that when people walk actively, abdominal and back muscles work in much the same way as when they complete exercises that target these areas. And unlike muscle strengthening programs, which often call for specific equipment and can involve exercises that require expert supervision, walking is a simple activity that can be done alone.--For the study, the researchers recruited 52 patients with lower back pain to participate in a randomized control trial. Through questionnaires, they were initially assessed for pain levels, feelings of disability, and avoidance of daily activities, as well as muscle and walking endurance.----Then, half of the participants completed a typical clinic-based muscle strengthening program, with two to three exercise sessions a week for six weeks. The other half completed a six-week aerobic walking program, walking two to three times weekly. Participants started with 20 minutes of walking, then progressed to 40 minutes as their endurance improved.----Results showed that both groups improved significantly in all areas of assessment, demonstrating that the walking program was "as effective as treatment that could have been received in the clinic," says Dr. Katz-Leurer.

ØRecipe 3— Pain mix when you add cayenne and camphor and peppermint and eucalyptus and wintergreen  you have a pain killer for joint and muscle pains--- take 10 drops of peppermint, camphor, wintergreen, eucalyptus and put in a oil add melted beeswax to the oil ---I would suggest to get the oil in the blender and blend at high speed for 7 minutes while it is blending take the beeswax ( melt it first so that it is liquid { put in jar and then place jar in pot of warm water that is on the stove---increase heat til water is boiling } when you see the wax liquified then pout it into the blender while it is blending the oil ( open up just the centre piece fixture ( not the lid but the centre piece in the middle of the lid) and pour the heated wax into the blender  avoid getting on you while this is doing this ( if you need to slow the speed down on the blender before applying this ) allow this to blend till you see it thicken and fuse---when done pour into a glass container---and apply this where there are aches and pains through out the body or if there is respiratory congestion or sinus issues apply in the chest and sinus areas.

 

ØRecipe 3 a —for serious pain use just straight DLPA and do 1 cap 3 times a day As well add Enzymes 5 times a day and when Pain hits this can make a huge difference ---and this is non addictive

Some Solutions to ANTI-PAIN!!!

We have all heard the word OUCH! That HURT! YEOOOOW! And as we get older it seems like the PAINS of LIFE seem to take longer to go away. If you watch the idiot box or what I call the dummy down box the first thing they would have is do is reach for drugs. I will talk about the top 3 drugs that are most advertised: Acetaminophen, others Ibuprofen, and others Aspirin..And these all have side effects. Let's take a look at what you are doing with these Chemicals. Acetaminophen is used to relieve mild to moderate pain from headaches, muscle aches, menstrual periods, colds and sore throats, toothaches, backaches, reactions to vaccinations (shots), and to reduce fever. Ibuprofen is another pain killer and is used for to relieve pain, tenderness, swelling, and stiffness caused by osteoarthritis (arthritis caused by a breakdown of the lining of the joints) and rheumatoid arthritis (arthritis caused by swelling of the lining of the joints). It is also used to relieve mild to moderate pain, including menstrual pain (pain that happens before or during a menstrual period). Nonprescription ibuprofen is used to reduce fever and to relieve mild pain from headaches, muscle aches, arthritis, menstrual periods, the common cold, toothaches, and backaches Aspirin is used for rheumatoid arthritis (arthritis caused by swelling of the lining of the joints), osteoarthritis (arthritis caused by breakdown of the lining of the joints), systemic lupus erythematosus (condition in which the immune system attacks the joints and organs and causes pain and swelling) and certain other rheumatologic conditions (conditions in which the immune system attacks parts of the body). Nonprescription aspirin is used to reduce fever and to relieve mild to moderate pain from headaches, menstrual periods, arthritis, colds, toothaches, and muscle aches. Nonprescription aspirin is also used to prevent heart attacks in people who have had a heart attack in the past or who have angina (chest pain that occurs when the heart does not get enough oxygen). Nonprescription aspirin is also used to reduce the risk of death in people who are experiencing or who have recently experienced a heart attack. Nonprescription aspirin is also used to prevent ischemic strokes (strokes that occur when a blood clot blocks the flow of blood to the brain) or mini-strokes (strokes that occur when the flow of blood to the brain is blocked for a short time) in people who have had this type of stroke or mini-stroke in the past. Aspirin will not prevent hemorrhagic strokes (strokes caused by bleeding in the brain). Now as you can see you would be hard pressed to say no to any of these non prescriptions so strongly advertised.. But lets take a look see what is really going on....Side effects...let's start with Acetaminophen ...here is one list of side effects..The most serious side effect is liver damage due to large doses, chronic use or concomitant use with alcohol or other drugs that also damage the liver. Other issues can be  rash, hives, itching, swelling of the face, throat, tongue, lips, eyes, hands, feet, ankles, or lower legs, hoarseness, difficulty breathing, or swallowing. So we have liver damage , and other bodily reactions...the stronger reactions can be nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, sweating, extreme tiredness, unusual bleeding, or bruising, pain in the upper right part of the stomach, yellowing of the skin or eyes, flu-like symptoms. Some of you might have had other side effects that I have not mentioned. Now there are other things that can work as effectively, with out all of these issues. Lets take ibuprofen This medicine can increase your risk of life-threatening heart or circulation problems, including heart attack or stroke. This risk will increase the longer you use ibuprofen. Do not use this medicine just before or after having heart bypass surgery (also called coronary artery bypass graft, or CABG).Seek emergency medical help if you have symptoms of heart or circulation problems, such as chest pain, weakness, shortness of breath, slurred speech, or problems with vision or balance. Here are some other things this medication can do: unexplained weight gain fever blisters rash itching hives swelling of the eyes, face, throat, arms, hands, feet, ankles, or lower legs difficulty breathing or swallowing hoarseness excessive tiredness pain in the upper right part of the stomach upset stomach loss of appetite yellowing of the skin or eyes flu-like symptoms pale skin fast heartbeat cloudy, discolored, or bloody urine back pain difficult or painful urination, blurred vision, changes in color vision, or other vision problems, red or painful eyes, stiff neck, headache confusion, aggression. Now lets look at Aspirin, here are some things that can be distressing: nausea vomiting stomach pain heartburn hives rash swelling of the eyes, face, lips, tongue, or throat wheezing or difficulty breathing hoarseness fast heartbeat fastbreathing cold, clammy skin ringing in the ears loss of hearing bloody vomit vomiting material that looks like coffee grounds bright red blood in stools black or tarry stools stomach bleeding. Here are some symptoms of over use or taking to much: Symptoms of overdose may include: burning pain in the throat or stomach vomiting decreased urination fever restlessness irritability talking a lot and saying things that do not make sense, fear or nervousness, dizziness, double vision uncontrollable shaking of a part of the body, confusion, abnormally excited, mood hallucination (seeing things or hearing voices that are not there), seizures, drowsiness, loss of consciousness, for a period of time. This is just some of the things that make me go hmmmm...eh! Wonder what else these things will do. And the dosages are high as well aspirin is usually about 350 milligrams a day and a minimum of 4-6 a day which is about 1.4 grams to 2.15 grams ( 1400 mgs -2150 mgs) that is a lot of Drug , the other 2 are in the same ball park for dosing, and higher. Now no one does the natural pain remedies, and it is said because due to social conditioning, no one thinks in terms in natural or balancing, to stop what causes the pain in the first place. Now pain can be caused by a lot of things, being over massed ( bigger then you should be for your frame) straining your self or over exerting, stress,toxic build up from chemicals or toxins in the environment. Over eating, which produces toxicity in the intestinal tract, injuries from sport or work related injuries,hurting your self in some form or fashion, poor circulation, ...and the list goes on. The key here is, analyzing what is the root cause. Even taking drugs ( prescription drugs) can cause you duress and or pain. So the thing required is, what's he cause? And from their we can find the natural balance and rectify this drug free. Give you an example let's say you strain yourself doing something physical or you over extend yourself working off a cpu or a managerial type work, and you find your self in pain, something as simple as a rub to get the blood going can do the trick , something as simple as taking a magnesium supplement could do this for you as well, you could take a digestive enzyme when you have pain, you can use a specific amino acid for chronic pain DLPA or Dl phenyalanine, you could use something like red pepper and gingko, tumeric and pineapple, garlic and ginger, galangal and pineapple , baking soda with magnesium and arginine with acv, you can use essential oils like lavender, savoury, thyme, eucalyptus, peppermint, black pepper, you can mix and match these oils and apply them to an area where they would be effective in treating the situation. Another thing to do is quit being exposed to toxins, that is subjecting you to pain, if you cannot, then you have to use things that can neutralize the toxic effect of what you are being exposed too, an example of this is using high end antioxidants that will bind and remove these things allowing your bodies to flow as it should without an impediments. Increasing enzyme intake to assist the antioxidants to remove unwanted matter in the body, increasing other supplements that reinforce the antioxidants that you are taking. A good example would be NAC with vitamin C a 2: 1 ratio of C to NAC, and by adding vitamin B1 you get the benefit of the body being strengthened and other negative materials , such as lead , which can cause you pain, is being removed. You can use tumeric and bromelain, with serrapeptase, you can also apply galangal with solomon seal and peppermint, you can increase your protein intake if you have pains as a result of labouring jobs, you can increase other supplements such as creatine and baking soda and applecider vinegar,  you can apply ginger and garlic with acv, utilizing good fats such as wheat germ oil and EPO. You could also FAST, this will allow your body to rest, realign itself and remove excess toxins by the way it can remove and reduce the excess. So again the whole key is what's the cause?

I will give some recipes, that might rectify the situation:

Stomach Pain;  Galangal tea, Galangal and ginger tea, ginger and peppermint tea, ACV 2 table spoons in glass in warm water, and drink. Cream of tartar and ACV, Baking soda and ACV, Digestive ENZYMES, HCL, B6, acidopholus, yogurt and cinnamon, thyme tea, GSE, eating a peeled apple, pear or any fruit that has a good fibre to it, these are some examples. There are lots Muscle Pain,cayenne pepper and ginger, mixed in honey, DLPA, Serrapeptase, trypsin enzyme, digestive enzyme taken between meals. Magnesium and malic acid, hydrochloric acid, B1, benfotiamine with an enzyme combo, NAC, l cysteine taken with vitamin C, use essential oils that have peppermint, wintergreen( pain reliever) black pepper, add 1-2 drops of each essential oil into 1 ounce container, add a carrier oil, and masage externally. You can use DMSO, MSM in combo with grape seed, or pycnogenol Headache: release the blocked circulation that might be as a result of neck stress, utilize anything that will increase both circulation and oxygen into the head as well as a detoxifier of the arterial blockages or system support when doing this, a good example would be arginine and acv with magnesium in 2 ounces of warm water and baking soda, Water, utilize more if needed, add more enzyme to your diet and take digestive enzymes when a head pain should occur, utilize a ginger, pineapple juice extract as well, make a papaya drink with ginger or galangal, make thyme and rosemary tea, These are some examples of different options you have that can reduce or rectify pain, remember a lot of these remedies I mentioned not only will increase oxygen and blood flow, they will turn of the pain receptors and remove what is causing the pain to register, repair and regenerate healthy tissue, and keep things in check from fungal bacterial, viral to environmental exposure as well. Minimize again anything synthetic, packaged or modified as best as you can ..if you cannot avoid it all the avoid most and take what you need to neutralize the negative impact of what you are being exposed to. Other things that I have tried are adding a dhea or a testosterone cream directly on a inflammed muscle, this usually shuts off the prostaglandin that is causing the flare up. ( prostagladins are hormones that trigger the release of another enzyme that, causes a pain response ) Another option I have done as well is use DMSO directly on the area where I have hurt myself. You can even use a castor oil pack mixed with specific essential oils or a fused oil with specific herbs that work on pain or blood flow or inflammation. A castor oil pack is a white clean cloth soaked in castor oil, wrung out and applied directly to an area and then with another towel wrap that around the soaked oil cloth, usually within 15 minutes the soaked oil cloth is dry, and sometimes you see it discolour as a result of the removal toxins in the area, where you applied it. I have made my own fused pepper oil and when it was strained and cooled applied it directly on the area for relief. To make your own fused oil just take any oil you use for cooking, such as olive oil or almond or even palm or coconut oil, put into a glass container, add red pepper or black or both, you can also add fresh ginger juice or ginger powder to this, put the contents together in the oil and into a glass, then into a pot of water, let boil, and settle. Once the oil is coloured to the colour of the pepper, remove from jar by straining and letting cool. Make sure you put it in glass, and not plastic.  All these methods here can impact you by alleviating the issue or rectify the cause of your pain. Remember as well that rest and proper sleep will do wonders for you, by sleeping your body regenerates and utilizes the things you have consumed, allowing for an emptying out and resting internally or to be better able to rejuvenate and heal your system. Always remember 90 % of our problems are usually toxic issues, and the best thing to do is to clean that up, and utilizing those things that are highly enzymatic, highly antioxidant, and foods effective in removing unwanted build up in our bodies. If these methods can be applied, and MAINTAINED!!! which is key to any kind of restoration, then you will see desired results in healing from pain. The Key here is that with what has been given, and what more is available, you will have to find out what really works for you, the combos or the single things, depending on how much damage is done.

Pain Solutions

Recipe :  Muscle Pain,  cayenne pepper and ginger or Galangal, mixed in honey---- 1 tsp of ginger or a ½ a teaspoon of Galangal, ¼ tsp of cayenne or African birds eye pepper and 1/1/2 tablespoon of Honey mix and consume a ¼ tsp and increase as needed,

DLPA— take 1 capsule 3 times a day for a week and then reduce to 2 a day or take as needed, Serrapeptase, trypsin enzyme---take 1 capsule of these enzymes 3-5 times a day and use as needed when pain should occur, digestive enzyme taken between meals. Magnesium and malic acid, hydrochloric acid, B1, benfotiamine with an enzyme combo, NAC, l cysteine taken with vitamin C, use Essential oils that have peppermint, wintergreen( pain reliever) black pepper, add 1-2 drops of each essential oil into 1 ounce container, add a carrier oil, and masage externally. You can use DMSO---apply this to the area with either a cotton swab or Q tip let dry before you put on clothing , MSM in combo with grape seed, or pycnogenol

Fruit combo--- Take papaya or pineapple or Kiwi and add turmeric—pepper---ginger, sprinkle this lightly on a piece (s) you are eating

Red Roses Decocotion--- Take dried roses and through in blender and add red wine ---1 cup of dried roses to 2 cups of red wine---allow to blend for 10-15 minutes ( be prepared this will heat this into a fusion) so be aware of the straining process after wards the jelly bag or strainer material maybe hot---- Strain through a jelly bag---then take---utilize internally ½ cup or apply directly to skin areas that maybe inflamed----you can as welll boil this in the wine and apply as per directed

Anti-collagenase, anti-elastase and anti-oxidant activities of extracts from 21 plants.

ABSTRACT: BACKGROUND: Owing to their roles in tissue remodelling in health and disease, several studies have reported investigations on plant extracts as inhibitors of proteinases and as anti-oxidants. METHODS: The anti-ageing and anti-oxidant properties of 23 plant extracts (from 21 plant species) were assessed as anti-elastase and anti-collagenase activities and in selected anti-oxidant assays along with phenolic content. RESULTS: Anti-elastase activities were observed for nine of the extracts with inhibitory activity in the following order: white tea (~89%), cleavers (~58%), burdock root (~51%), bladderwrack (~50%), anise and angelica (~32%). Anti-collagenase activities were exhibited by sixteen plants of which the highest activity was seen in white tea (~87%), green tea (~47%), rose tincture (~41%), and lavender  (~31%). Nine plant extracts had activities against both elastase (E) and collagenase (C) and were ranked in the order  of white tea (E:89%, C:87%) > bladderwrack (E:50%, C:25%) > cleavers (E:58%, C:7%) > rose tincture (E:22%, C:41%) > green tea (E:10%: C:47%) > rose aqueous (E: 24%, C:26%) > angelica (E:32%, C:17%) > anise (E:32%, C:6%) > pomegranate (E:15%, C:11%).  Total phenolic content varied between 0.5 and 0.26 mg gallic acid equivalents (GAE)/mL with the exception of white tea (0.77 mg GAE/mL). For anti-oxidant assessment, the Trolox equivalent anti-oxidant capacity (TEAC) assay revealed activity for all extracts. White tea had the highest activity equivalent to ~21 microM Trolox for a 6.25 microg aliquot. In addition, seven extracts exhibited activities [greater than or equal to] 10 microM Trolox with witch hazel (6.25 microg = 13 microM Trolox) and rose aqueous (6.25 microg = 10 microM Trolox) showing very high activities at low concentrations.  A high activity for white tea was also found in the superoxide dismutase (SOD) assay in which it exhibited ~88% inhibition of reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium. High activities were also observed for green tea (86.41%), rose tincture (82.77%), witch hazel (82.05%) and rose aqueous (73.86%). CONCLUSIONS: From a panel of twenty three plant extracts, some one dozen exhibit high or satisfactory anti-collagenase or anti-elastase activities, with nine having inhibitory activity against both enzymes. These included white tea which was found to have very high phenolic content, along with high TEAC and SOD activities.

Healing SALT Recipe ---take some Epsom Salt and essential oils of choice---what you will do is take a 1/8 cup of salt and add to it 8 drops of any 1 or combo of the essential oils---I will use –Pine—Camphor—Penny Royal—Cajeput—and Lugols iodine –8 drops of each with ¼ cup of Epsom salt to get started---then as the salt powders down I will add a little at a time ( 1/8-1/4 cup increments ) and allow this to also pulverize even more so---if the blender gets bogged at this point stop—unplug the blender and use either a chop stick or spoon and loosen up the bottom sediment---or pour some out and continue til there is a fine powder---and repeat the process just by taking out half the portion and then just adding more epsom salt ---do this ti you make almost 4 times what you started with ---In this all you are doing is using the base of the salts with the mixed oils and then you are just adding more salt---and as the blenders bog down you take out half and then just add new salt---DO this with both halves ---you will pull out the 1st load and leave to the side ---once you added new salt to the blender and re blended it then take it all out and add the 1st half and add more salt and re-blend. So ¼ cup will eventually wind up to about 20-30 ounces---bottle this and then add to your bath 3 table spoons minimum ****** This alleviate a lot of pain and cellular congestion—will increases circulation---remove cold or chill  spots in the body---will allow for deep penetration and can assist in the removing of bacterial or fungals internally and externally---may see an improvement in vitality as well as a removal of chemicals and toxins or infections



Thyme Oil Can Inhibit COX2 and Suppress Inflammation

Researchers have found that six essential oils -from thyme, clove, rose, eucalyptus, fennel and bergamot -- can suppress the inflammatory COX-2 enzyme, in a manner similar to resveratrol, the chemical linked with the health benefits of red wine. -- ScienceDaily (Jan. 14, 2010) — For those who do not drink, researchers have found that six essential oils -from thyme, clove, rose, eucalyptus, fennel and bergamot --  can suppress the inflammatory COX-2 enzyme, in a manner similar to resveratrol, the chemical linked with the health benefits of red wine. They also identified that the chemical carvacrol was primarily responsible for this suppressive activity.--These findings, appearing in the January issue of Journal of Lipid Research , provide more understanding of the health benefits of many botanical oils and provide a new avenue for anti-inflammatory drugs.---Essential oils from plants have long been a component of home remedies, and even today are used for their aromatherapy, analgesic (e.g. cough drops), or antibacterial properties. Of course, the exact way they work is not completely understood. BURNS-Solution

A young man sprinkling his lawn and bushes with pesticides wanted to check the contents of the barrel to see how much pesticide remained in it. He raised the cover and lit his lighter; the vapors inflamed and engulfed him. He jumped from his truck, screaming. His neighbor came out of her house with a dozen eggs, yelling: "bring me some eggs!" She broke them, separating the whites from the yolks. The neighbor woman helped her to apply the whites on the young man's face. When the ambulance arrived and when the EMTs saw the young man, they asked who had done this. Everyone pointed to the lady in charge. They congratulated her and said: "You have saved his face." By the end of the summer, the young man brought the lady a bouquet of roses to thank her. His face was like a baby's skin.

Healing Miracle for burns:

Keep in mind this treatment of burns which is included in teaching beginner fireman this method. First aid consists to spraying cold water on the affected area until the heat is reduced and stops burning the layers of skinThen, spread egg whites on the affected are. One woman burned a large part of her hand with boiling water. Recipe for burns--- take lavender essential oil and mix in lard---if there is a serious accident then you can swab this on an area to cool of the fire and heal the burn—utilize 1 oz per  1lb of lard and mix it in well---you can melt it down in a container and allow to sit iin hot water til it softens then either with a wisk or a mixer mix the lard and lavender together




TSP-Chlorophyl Recipe - go to a hardware store and pick up a box of TSP ( Trisodium Phosphate ) and add 10 grams to 1 litre ( 33 oz ) of water this will make a 1 % solution-pour 1 oz into a glass add 1 tablespoon of Chlorophyll ( usually has a bout 5 mgs per serving ) and take it with zinc 15 ms+---what this does is increases a very potent antibacterial antifungal antimold effect in the body

And almost instantly will reduce pain in the system—this will remove the excesses as well—Special Note for a lot of you start out with 1 gram to 1 litre and slowly go up –this can be at first potent and has a cleansing effect and you may even see fungal matter or dead matter come out the colon so start low and eventually go up or even stay at that dose—adding the chlorophyll will make a huge difference as well with pain issues—and stay hydrated---this will be key to eliminating yeast and other bacterial and fungal build up
